Class 3
Class 3 is the final class at Pitsford and encompasses Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. Mrs White, Mrs Brown & Mr Lunn teach the class while Mrs Street supports the children with their learning.
In Class 3, we work hard, challenge ourselves and laugh a lot! We aim to make the final years of Primary Education stimulating, exciting and enjoyable.
In class three lessons adhere to the National Curriculum but also take the lead from us and our interests as this is when the best learning occurs.
Year 4 and 5 is also filled with lots of new opportunities and challenges to help us develop and become more independent as we prepare for Upper Key stage 2.
Alongside a varied curriculum, the children are able to extend their learning through trips, visitors and self-study projects. Our older children also act as buddies to the youngest members of our school.
Year 6 ends for our children with a series of fun and exciting activities, before a performance of our Leavers’ Assembly allowing the children to say goodbye to their primary school before continuing their journey at their respective secondary schools.
Our PE days are Wednesday and Friday
