Class 3 is the final class at Pitsford and encompasses Year 5 and Year 6. Mrs Tuttle teaches the class, and Mrs Street supports children with their learning in the mornings. Mrs Hooper covers PPA time for half a day each week.
In Class 3, we work hard, challenge ourselves and laugh a lot! We aim to make the final years of Primary Education stimulating, exciting and enjoyable.
Alongside a varied curriculum, the children are able to extend their learning through trips, visitors and self-study projects. Our older children also act as buddies to the youngest members of our school.
Year 5 and 6 children gain even more independence as we venture away from school on a residential trip that provides them with numerous opportunities to complete various adventurous activities.
Year 6 ends for our children with a series of fun and exciting sailing lessons, before a performance of our Leavers’ Assembly allowing the children to say goodbye to their primary school before continuing their journey at their respective secondary schools.
