Our Uniform
Our school colour is red.
We are very proud of our uniform and expect all children to wear the uniform each day as it contributes to our sense of school community. Many items can be purchased with the school logo, but we are also happy for parents to buy non-logo items.
Our uniform is:
- School tie
- Red jumper, cardigan or sweatshirt
- White shirt, blouse or polo shirt
- Grey or black trousers; grey or black skirt (knee-length)
- Red gingham dress in the Summer, grey or black shorts (not sports shorts please)
- Black low heeled shoes (not trainers please), black or white sandals (with socks)
- Black, grey or white socks
We also ask the children to have a P.E. kit:
- Black shorts
- Black tracksuit (or bottoms at least – school jumper may be worn)
- White t-shirt (not the same one worn for the rest of the day please)
- Plimsolls for indoor P.E. (or bare feet)
- Trainers for outdoor P.E.
Jewellery and Presentation
- Children are only permitted to wear single stud earrings that they must be able to remove by themselves for PE. Please ensure that piercings are only done at the start of the summer holidays so that the children can remove them when we are at school. We cannot put tape on children's ears.
- Necklaces and bracelets (with the exception of a medical bracelet) should not be worn for health and safety reasons.
- Children may wear a watch but smart watches are not allowed. These are worn at owners risk.
- All hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up for school and hair accessories should be small, sensible and plain.
- Make up and nail varnish is not permitted.
We believe this uniform provides the children with comfortable but smart clothing to wear throughout any typical working day. Please ensure all items of clothing are labelled with your child's name so that in the case of loss, the item of clothing can be returned to you.
Bookbags are available to purchase from the school office.
All reception children receive their first book bag as a welcome gift.

The school is working with School Trends to supply good quality uniform with the school logo at reasonable prices.
This includes sweatshirts, fleeces, cardigans, polo shirts and PE shirts. To contact them, please use the link below. Please note that red gingham dresses can be purchased from most high street shops and supermarkets including Asda and Tesco.
High demand for new uniform over the summer months usually causes an increase in turnaround to around 21 days, so with this in mind, and so the children have their uniform in time for the start of the new school year we recommend that parents order as soon as possible.
Lost Property
Lost Something?
Lost property will be kept in school throughout the term. At the end of the term, it will be displayed in the playground. Any uniform unclaimed, will then be given to a charitable organisation.
